Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and SabiCFO ("we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the SabiCFO platform — including the web dashboard, WhatsApp message ingestion service, AI-assisted financial parsing, and all associated features.

By creating an account, linking a WhatsApp number, or using any part of the SabiCFO service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Your SabiCFO account is tied to the WhatsApp number linked at registration. This number serves as the primary ingestion channel for your financial data stream.

You are solely responsible for: — Maintaining control of the WhatsApp number linked to your SabiCFO financial profile — Ensuring that no unauthorized party has access to the linked device or number — Promptly notifying us if your WhatsApp number is transferred, lost, or compromised

SabiCFO cannot distinguish between messages sent by you and messages sent by someone with access to your linked number. Any transaction logged via your linked number is treated as authorised by you.

Do not share your linked number or SabiCFO login credentials with anyone you do not fully trust to manage your financial records. We are not liable for transactions logged by unauthorized users who accessed your number or account.

SabiCFO is designed for personal and small-business financial record-keeping by individual account holders. The following are strictly prohibited:

— Automated Scripts & Pounding: Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to send high-volume messages to the SabiCFO WhatsApp number in excess of reasonable manual usage patterns. Bulk batch-loading abuse degrades service quality for all users and will result in immediate account suspension.

— Scripted Manipulation: Attempting to manipulate, overload, or exploit the AI parsing pipeline through adversarial inputs, prompt injection, or deliberate malformation of message payloads.

— Account Resale: Registering SabiCFO accounts for the purpose of reselling access, offering SabiCFO as a white-label service, or managing third-party accounts without an explicit commercial agreement with SabiCFO.

— Data Scraping: Crawling, scraping, or programmatically extracting data from the SabiCFO dashboard without explicit written authorization.

— Illegal Use: Using SabiCFO to record, conceal, or facilitate transactions related to illegal activity under applicable law.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination without prior notice.

SabiCFO provides real-time operational financial telemetry — including Free-to-Spend calculations, Survival Runway projections, Bill Radar alerts, and margin analytics. These features are designed to give you directionally precise, actionable visibility into your financial position.

Explicit disclaimer: None of the calculations, projections, or insights provided by SabiCFO constitute formal, certified tax auditing, legally binding accounting advice, investment advice, or any form of regulated financial service.

SabiCFO is not a licensed financial advisor, accountant, auditor, or tax consultant. Our tools are decision-support instruments, not authoritative financial statements. You should not use SabiCFO outputs as the sole basis for: — Filing tax returns or statutory financial reports — Making material investment or financing decisions — Representing your financial position to lenders, investors, or regulators

For any of the above purposes, consult a qualified, licensed financial or accounting professional. SabiCFO expressly disclaims liability for any decisions made in reliance on platform outputs without independent professional verification.

The SabiCFO platform — including its codebase, visual design, AI parsing logic, brand identity, and feature architecture — is the exclusive intellectual property of SabiCFO and its licensors. All rights are reserved.

Your financial data remains yours. We claim no intellectual property rights over the transaction records, workspace data, or financial history you log through the platform. You retain full ownership of that data at all times.

You may not reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on the SabiCFO platform without explicit written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SabiCFO and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

— Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform — Loss of financial data due to user error, unauthorized access via your own credentials, or events outside our reasonable control — Inaccuracies in AI-parsed transaction data resulting from ambiguous, incomplete, or malformed message inputs — Service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure providers (Meta WhatsApp API, Google AI, Supabase, Vercel)

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to SabiCFO in the 12 months preceding the claim, or NGN 10,000, whichever is greater.

You may terminate your SabiCFO account at any time by deleting it from within the platform settings. Upon deletion, your financial records are permanently erased and cannot be recovered.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms, abused the platform, or engaged in conduct harmful to other users or the service.

Upon termination by either party, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Sections covering Disclaimer of Financial Advice, Limitation of Liability, and Intellectual Property survive termination indefinitely.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
